I have thousands of coins of many countries.... I am going to scan and catalogue the best ones and then but them in a safety deposit box in a bank...

so where do you keep all these coins? how many trays/ albums do you have? i don't know anyone personally who has a collection of coins, must be so fulfilling.. hm.. i keep a bowl of coins, but they're not collectors' items, just souvenirs from places i've visited..

Thats a lot of details in that.. I watched how money is made and the artist has to make a template hand drawn or etched... then a mold and its time consuming.. I have a started collections of the state quarters for my kids when they first started coming out...the past 2 years though I dont know if I have a but a few.. I have to start checking my quarters and saving again..

Wow, imagine the mere 20.00 could be 20000000000000.... nah thats probably wishful thinking but I bet a museum would like to have them or a collector and would offer a fair amount..
Though if you are like me you probably wouldnt budge or get rid of them and rather pass them down in the family because its a sentimental thing..
